This 9-cup bundt pan has a premium non-stick coating for easy cake release and clean-up. Before you use it, butter it, flour it or spray it with baking spray. Do not use regular cooking spray.
Hand wash in warm soapy water and dry with a soft towel. It is not recommended to clean the bundt pan with the dishwasher because it may shorten the life of the non-stick coating.
