We offer expedited shipping on most orders. The costs of the available expedited services are calculated in your cart and during the checkout process.
Alaska & Hawaii
Free and Flat Rate shipping is not available to Alaska & Hawaii. Shipping costs are calculated in your cart and during the checkout process.
We are unable to accept international orders at this time.
Order Processing & Delivery
In-Stock items on orders placed before 3 PM ET generally ship the same day. Items that state "Ships Directly from Manufacturer" may require 7-10 business days until shipped due to longer processing/shipping times. If you would like to inquire about a drop-ship product, please reach out to us by Chat or give us a call at 1-518-318-2288. Please have the item number ready for the Customer Service representative.
Because You Cook is committed to your 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. We just ask that you let us know before sending your product back. Products must be unused and in original undamaged packaging.
If the product is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. In all other cases, you will be responsible for return shipping. You may ship back the item using the carrier of your choice or request a prepaid shipping label from us, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you need to return a product, please contact us. Simply log in to your account on https://becauseyoucook.com and find the order under your account's orders tab. Click the Return Items link and fill out and submit the Return Request Form. We will review the request and respond quickly with instructions on how to return your product. Alternatively, email firstname.lastname@example.org, Chat with us on the site or call 518-318-2288 with your order number to receive your return authorization right away. We will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and have processed them at our warehouse.
If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel your order and provide confirmation within 24 business hours. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and have processed them at our warehouse.
Due to health safety, we cannot accept Spicewalla product returns if the seal has been broken.
To exchange your purchase, simply contact us to place your new order and receive your return authorization number. Your exchange will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the original item is defective or damaged in shipping.
