Shipping Policy

 

Free Shipping 

We offer free shipping on orders $79 or more, shipping to the Contiguous United States unless otherwise stated on the item's product page.

Flat Rate Shipping

We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.95 on orders under $79.00 shipping to the Contiguous United States unless otherwise stated on the item's product page.

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping on most orders. The costs of the available expedited services are calculated in your cart and during the checkout process.

Alaska & Hawaii

Free and Flat Rate shipping is not available to Alaska & Hawaii. Shipping costs are calculated in your cart and during the checkout process.

International Orders

We are unable to accept international orders at this time.

Order Processing & Delivery

We ship orders fast! All in-stock orders placed before 3 PM ET, Monday through Friday, generally ship the same day from our Cairo, NY warehouse. 

 

Returns Policy

Because You Cook is committed to your 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. We just ask that you let us know before sending your product back. Products must be unused and in the original undamaged manufacturer packaging. 

If the product is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. In all other cases, you will be responsible for return shipping. You may ship the item back using the carrier of your choice, or request a prepaid shipping label from us, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.  The cost of the prepaid shipping label will be the full cost charged by the carrier, not the $7.95 you paid for shipping on your order. 

If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.   

If you need to return a product, please get in touch with us. Email [email protected], Chat with us on the siteor call 518-318-2288 with your order number to receive your return authorization.

Alternatively, if you created an account when you placed your order, you can simply log in to your account and find the order under your account's orders tab. Next, click the Return Items link and fill out and submit the Return Request Form. We will review the request and respond quickly with instructions on how to return your product. We will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you, and process them at our warehouse.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel your order and provide confirmation within 24 business hours. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and have processed them at our warehouse.

Due to health safety, we cannot accept Spicewalla product returns if the seal has been broken.

To exchange your purchase, simply contact us to place your new order and receive your return authorization number. Your exchange will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note you are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the original item is defective or damaged in shipping.
