This 6-cup cake pan has a premium non-stick coating for easy cake release and clean-up. The cast aluminum and non-stick coating also ensure that the fine details are baked into the quick bread or cake. Before you use it, butter it, flour it, or spray it with baking spray. Do not use regular cooking spray. 

Hand wash in warm soapy water and dry with a soft towel. It is not recommended to clean the pan in the dishwasher, because it may shorten the life of the non-stick coating.
