The Autumn Cakelet Pan is perfect for making sixteen single-serving cakes and candies, or for creating fall-themed whoopie pies by adding icing between two cakes.
The Nordic Ware cakelet pans are made of sturdy cast aluminum. Like all Nordic Ware cast aluminum bakeware, it provides superior baking performance because it heats quickly and evenly, and develops uniform rising and the perfect cake texture and color. As a result, it bakes exceptional cakes.
This non-stick cake pan has a premium non-stick coating for easy cake release and clean-up. The cast aluminum and non-stick coating allow the fine details to be baked into the cakes. Before you use it, butter it, flour it, or spray it with baking spray. Do not use regular cooking spray.
Hand wash in warm, soapy water and dry with a soft towel. Using the dishwasher to clean the pan is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the non-stick coating.
