The cast aluminum in this cakelet pan lets you bake fine details into the cakes, and the non-stick coating makes it easy to remove them from the pan; cleanup is a breeze. Before you use it, butter, flour, or spray it with baking spray. Do not use regular cooking spray.
Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Nordic Ware doesn't recommend using the dishwasher because it could shorten the life of the nonstick coating.
