This non-stick bundt cake pan is made of sturdy cast aluminum. Like all Nordic Ware's aluminum bakeware, it provides superior baking performance because it heats quickly and evenly to develop uniform rising and the perfect cake texture and color. As a result, it bakes elegant, picture-perfect cakes.
This Bundt® pan has a premium non-stick coating for easy cake release and clean-up. Before you use it, butter it, flour it, or spray it with baking spray. Do not use regular cooking spray. This 12-cup pan can be used for many Bundt® recipes, pull-apart and monkey bread recipes, and is an excellent gelatin dessert mold!
Hand wash in warm soapy water. Using the dishwasher to clean the pan may shorten the life of the non-stick coating.
