This 5-cup Bundt pan has a premium non-stick coating for easy cake release and clean-up. Before you use it, butter it, flour it, or spray it with baking spray. Do not use regular cooking spray.
Hand wash in warm soapy water. Using the dishwasher to clean the pan may shorten the life of the non-stick coating.
