Do not use regular cooking spray. This 6-cup capacity pan can be used for many quick bread and cake recipes, and is an excellent gelatin dessert mold!
Hand wash in warm soapy water. Using the dishwasher to clean this non-stick cake pan may shorten the life of the non-stick coating.
