The Fat Daddio's 9 Inch Anodized Aluminum Springform Pan is designed to heat faster than other springform pans and is great for making both sweet and savory foods. Cheesecakes, ice cream cakes, trifles, deep-dish pizza, lasagna, quiche, and anything else you can think of that needs a smooth release from the pan it's made in! The stainless steel latch and removable wide-base bottom make release simple and easy. This springform pan is the same pan bakeries, commercial kitchens, and baking enthusiasts worldwide depend on every day for professional results.

Anodized aluminum is the ideal baking surface. Aluminum reflects heat rather than absorbing it, so the pan will reach baking temperatures faster, heat evenly, and cool quicker. Ensuring that whatever you are baking will stop baking soon after removing it from the oven and prevent over-baking.

Fat Daddio's 'Safe-Seal' anodizing process creates a safer, smoother, stronger, and more versatile baking pan. Anodizing is not a chemical coating. It is an environmentally-friendly finishing process that contains no extra metals, no dyes, or chemicals. Anodizing creates a durable, non-reactive finish, so you don't need to worry about your recipe's ingredients. It also helps resist the formation of bacteria and protects against abrasion so it won't chip, rust, peel, or flake and contaminate your food.

    Fat daddios spring form

Posted by Tracy on Dec 26th 2022

I love the fat daddios spring form pans. I'm in the process of changing all of my springform pans to fat daddios. The only thing I don't like is they're not dishwasher safe.
