This Nordic Ware oven crisp baking tray is aluminum and comes with a carbon steel nonstick baking rack. The rack lifts food off the bottom of the baking tray, allowing hot air to circulate underneath. This helps your food crisp on all sides, so you don't have to flip it. The rack also allows fat and grease to drain away from your food. As a result, oven-baked bacon cooks flat, browns evenly, and stays less greasy. Likewise, wings, fries, tots, jerky, apple chips, and so much more are evenly crisp on all sides. Airfry in your convection oven!
Hand wash with warm soapy water. Nordic Ware doesn't recommend putting the baking tray and rack in the dishwasher because it can discolor the tray and shorten the life of the rack's non-stick coating.
