Care:
Hand wash with warm water and a mild detergent. Avoid cleaners containing bleach or citrus extracts. Rinse and dry immediately. Not dishwasher safe. Clean the blade right away after slicing acidic or salty foods like tomatoes, citrus and vinegar based items.
