The Messermeister 9-Inch Push Button Take Apart Kitchen Shears are incredibly versatile. They are much more than kitchen scissors for cutting butcher string or breaking down a chicken. Think of them as utility scissors. They are a nutcracker, jar-lid opener & gripper, bottle opener, and bone cutter. They are ideal for opening food packaging, dicing bacon, clipping herbs, trimming artichokes, and so much more!   

The patented pivot mechanism on the Messermeister 9-inch take-apart shears uses a precision bearing system for incredibly smooth operation, while keeping the blades in perfect alignment at all times. There are no clumsy screws to come loose. The titanium-coated blades come apart for cleaning with the press of a button, and reassemble just as easily. 

The sharp blades of the Messermeister kitchen shears are precision milled from durable 4mm high-carbon stainless, then bonded to an outer layer of black titanium for stain resistance. A bone notch and a micro-serrated edge work together to keep food securely in place while cutting. Messermeister shears are equipped with an integrated bottle opener and nutcracker. The handles are double-injected molded with a soft grip for comfort.
