The cookware has a 5-ply construction. Heritage Steel uses multiple layers of metal, including 3 layers of aluminum for enhanced heat conductivity and durability. The 5-ply construction heats quickly, evenly, and cooks from all sides.

Their 316Ti cooking surface offers far improved corrosion resistance over 18/10 stainless steel. It is 20 times more resistant to salt corrosion and is 5-10 times more chemically inert, ensuring delightful, clean tasting food. These properties help improve searing, deglazing, sugar reduction, flavor, and longevity.

The 439 Titanium exterior layer of the pan has improved performance capabilities on induction ranges. It has added titanium for additional corrosion resistance and ensures the pan will be easy to clean and look beautiful for a lifetime of use.  

This sauteuse is easy to clean with warm soapy water, non-abrasive, sponge, dishcloth, or soft bristle brush. Alternatively, the saucepan is also dishwasher safe. To polish and shine periodically, you can use a stainless steel cleaner to remove burn marks or discolorations and make your saucepan shiny as new.  

Use For:   Searing meats, sauté vegetables, reduce liquids, and braise in the oven. The wide cooking surface allows you to avoid crowding and achieve better browning. Two side handles are excellent for oven use and serving.
