The Fox Run Brands Herb Stripper is an easy-to-use handheld herb stripping tool. It works well with woody herbs like oregano, rosemary, and thyme. It is also great for stripping cilantro, parsley, sage, tarragon, and more in seconds! Just pull each herb stem through the appropriate-sized hole. There are 6 round holes and an elongated center groove to accommodate various size stems of leafy greens and herbs.
For larger leafy greens, hold the herb stripping tool parallel to the stem and use the elongated center groove to slide quickly along the stem to remove the leaves. It works much faster than scissors.
This herb stripper is also a multi-use kitchen tool. Its curved edge can double as a chopper for softer foods such as avocado and strawberries. You can also use it to cut and portion dough.
