The GreenPan Paris Pro 11-Inch Square Grill Pan is the healthy ceramic nonstick grill pan you've been looking for. This square grill pan gives you perfect grill marks year-round without having to go outside. It's easy to use and easy to clean. The GreenPan Paris Pro Collection has so many fantastic features!
GreenPan's Thermolon Minerals Pro ceramic nonstick coating conducts heat well, so the nonstick grill pan heats quickly and cooks food evenly. It also lets you grill and sear even at low heat settings. All you need is a little butter or oil, a little heat, and you are on your way to an ideally cooked meal that doesn't stick.
The Thermolon Minerals Pro ceramic nonstick coating starts with nature. Its raw material is sand, not plastic synthetics like other nonstick coatings. It's also heat-resistant to 600°F/315°C, so this grill pan won't blister or release toxic fumes if accidentally overheated.
This GreenPan Paris Pro 11-inch square grill pan is dependable. The exterior is durable, hard-anodized aluminum, with maximum-strength, scratch-resistant construction, and the ceramic nonstick coating is metal utensil-safe, chip- and scratch-resistant. In addition, this nonstick square grill pan's durable, forged base offers uniform heat distribution and won't ever wobble or warp.
The Paris Pro square grill pan works efficiently on gas, glass, ceramic, and electric cooktops. Its high ridges create classic grill marks and let excess fat drain away. The attractive stainless steel handle is riveted for a secure hold and is oven-safe. As a result, you'll feel confident transferring the nonstick square grill pan to or from the oven, as well as when you're serving at the table.
Cleanup is quick and easy, whether you do it by hand or in the dishwasher.
