Avocado Huggers are silicone avocado savers. The set of two fit over half avocados to keep them fresh longer without using single-use plastic. In addition, Avocado Huggers were designed to ensure the best preservation of avocados, reduce waste at home and save you money. These silicone avocado savers have a lifetime guarantee and are reusable, allowing you to replace many uses of single-use plastic wrap, bags, or foil.

The Avocado Huggers set has two sizes, one large and one small, allowing you to preserve the freshness of any size avocado. Moreover, Avocado Huggers have a pit pocket you'll push in or out to ensure a good hug, whether you keep the half with the pit or without.

Avocado Huggers fit together compactly and take up little space in your drawer. In addition, they are dishwasher safe, so clean-up is quick and easy.

Avocado Huggers are 100% BPA & Phthalate Free and made from 100% FDA Grade Silicone.

They are also dishwasher, microwave, and freezer safe.

How To Use Avocado Huggers

Step 1: Find the closest size Avocado Hugger. Avocado Huggers adjust to fit the cut avocado.

Step 2: Press your avocado half down into the Avocado Hugger. The Avocado Hugger will fold itself in and down against the avocado half. If the avocado half doesn't have the pit push in the pit pocket.

Step 3: Store your hugged cut fruit or vegetable in the fridge.

    AVOCADO HUGGERS

Posted by Roxane McKay on Aug 8th 2021

Good idea, but a bit difficult to convince ripe avacados to jump inside. Have not yet tried cutting them while green and allowing to ripen in hugger.
