The fry pan has a fully clad 5-ply construction. Heritage Steel uses multiple layers of metal, including 3 layers of aluminum for enhanced heat conductivity and durability. The 5-ply construction heats quickly, evenly, and cooks from all sides.

Their 316Ti cooking surface offers far improved corrosion resistance over 18/10 stainless steel. It is 20 times more resistant to salt corrosion and is 5-10 times more chemically inert, ensuring delightful, clean tasting food. These properties help improve searing, deglazing, sugar reduction, flavor, and longevity.

The 439 Titanium exterior layer of the pan has improved performance capabilities on induction ranges. It has added titanium for additional corrosion resistance, and ensures the pan will be easy to clean and look beautiful for a lifetime of use.

Care:

Cleaning this fry pan is easy, either with warm soapy water, a non-abrasive sponge, dishcloth, or soft bristle brush. Alternatively, it is dishwasher safe.
